Policies at Steap

Our Planning For Progress

Progress starts with planning and organization. At Steap, our progress is allowed by our detailed schedule that ensures our valued customers

will receive all products in a timely manner, packaged with care as expected.

This schedule impacts order fulfillment in the following ways:

  • Subscribers can expect their monthly tea kits on the 1st of each month subscribed.*

  • For our monthly subscription tea kit, all orders for any upcoming month's kit must be ordered and payed for by the 15th of each month​​.

  • *Orders placed after the 15th of each month will receive the kit for the next scheduled month

  • (If an order is placed on January 16th, the subscriber will receive their first box on March 1st, etc.)

  • Accounts with changes to their monthly tea kit subscription that have been made after the 15th of each month will not receive changes to their kit subscription until the following month's kit. The upcoming month's kit will still be delivered and payment will be received as usual.

  • The first month's tea selection will be a variety of our 5 mixes, with a QR code included on your monthly journal prompt card. Scan this QR code with your cell phone camera to choose 3 20 gram bags of our 5 different tea flavors for each kit after the first.
